02Information we collect

We collect the four fields in our enquiry form and the technical files you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email. We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or any other personal information through this website.

Through the enquiry form

• Name: so we know who to address the quotation to.
• WhatsApp number: to reply to you and clarify identification questions.
• Email address: to send the written quotation and order documents.
• Your requirements: the details you enter, such as reducer model, shaft position, NTN designation and suffix, paired arrangement, quantities, destination and required delivery date.

Through WhatsApp and email

• Overhaul parts drawings and parts lists that show bearing positions in your gearbox or reducer.
• Marking photos of bearings or nameplates, which you send when a designation is incomplete or hard to read.
• Order correspondence, including order numbers and receiving photos if you report a discrepancy.

03How we use information

We use your information to identify the correct NTN bearings, issue a written quotation and arrange your order and its shipment. We do not sell your information and do not use your drawings or photos for any other purpose.

1. 3.1 Identifying NTN designations. We match each bearing to its shaft position (input, intermediate or output shaft; locating or non-locating side), its paired arrangement and its clearance or cage suffix, so the quotation follows the original NTN specification.
2. 3.2 Preparing a written quotation. We state product designations, quantities, price and currency, availability, estimated lead time, validity period and any applicable shipping or tax terms.
3. 3.3 Arranging your order and shipment. We confirm specifications, quantities, delivery details, shipping method, dispatch plan and the transport documents your order requires.
4. 3.4 Handling after-delivery questions. If labels, quantities or condition do not match on receipt, we use your order number and photos to resolve the issue.

04Who we share it with

We share your information only when it is needed to deliver your order. In that case, we give logistics carriers the details they need to transport and deliver the shipment, such as the consignee name, contact details and delivery destination.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to customs or other public authorities handling an international shipment.
