A complete NTN designation has more than the base number. It also has suffixes that set the execution, such as internal clearance and cage type. When shop records show one base number with different suffixes, we quote the execution specified for the original equipment.

The original equipment specification decides. If two parts share a base number, that does not make them interchangeable. Send the full designation from the drawing or nameplate. If the markings are unclear, send clear photos of them.
06 · Paired bearings
If bearings work as a pair, we quote them as one group and keep the pairing and arrangement requirements. We never split them into unrelated single items.
Mark the bearings that belong together and say which shaft position they sit on.
Bearings for the input, intermediate and output shafts go into one purchasing scope, so you can send a complete overhaul list in a single enquiry.
08 · Service process
Every order follows the same six steps. We close identification gaps before quoting, give you a written quotation and check the goods on receipt.
Send the reducer model, shaft positions, NTN suffixes, paired arrangement, overhaul drawing, quantities, destination country and postcode, and required date.
Confirm the exact execution and complete assemblies, and whether separately marked alternatives are acceptable.
Designations, quantities, price and currency, availability, estimated lead time, validity, and shipping or tax terms. Ask which product documents can be supplied.
Confirm the specifications, quantities, delivery details, payment arrangement and commercial terms.
Agree the transport method, dispatch schedule and the shipping documents the order needs.
Check labels, quantities and condition. If anything differs, send the order number and photos.
09 · FAQ
A complete list includes the reducer model, each bearing's shaft position (input, intermediate or output, plus locating or non-locating), the full NTN designation with suffixes, any paired arrangement, and quantities. Add the overhaul drawing, destination country and postcode, and the date you need delivery. If a designation is incomplete, attach clear photos of the markings.
List paired bearings as one set. Give the shaft position and the arrangement shown on the drawing, and state the quantity as a number of sets. We then quote the pair as one coordinated group, not as unrelated single items.
